We have six room categories to match every kind of stay. Deluxe King at 212 sq. ft., Deluxe Twin at 212 sq. ft., Premium Room at 283 sq. ft., Superior Room at 283 sq. ft. with a lounge area and bathtub, Studio Room at 395 sq. ft. with a separate living space, and our signature Suite at 424 sq. ft. As the size and category step up, so do the views, furnishings, and exclusivity of the experience.

3. How many guests can each room comfortably accommodate?

Our Deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 2 Adults and 2 kids below 6 years old, while Premium, Superior, Studio, and Suite categories are designed for up to 3 Adults and 1 kid below 6 years old.

4. Do all rooms have a city view, or are views different depending on the floor and category?

Given our 14-storey structure on Mavoor Road, a significant number of rooms across all categories enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Kozhikode's rooftops, coconut canopy and an urban view. Higher floors naturally offer more expansive vistas. You are welcome to request a preferred floor or view orientation at the time of booking, subject to availability.
